Bailey & Howard, PLLC began on July 1, 2003 as Bailey Law Office, PLLC. Member Michael S. Bailey left his position as an Associate at Huddleston, Bolen, Beatty, Porter & Copen earlier that year and founded the firm. Michael was later joined in April 2004 by Member Gregory L. Howard, Jr., who left his position as an Associate Prosecutor at the Cabell County Prosceuting Attorney's Office.
